A simple sketch

We do not need a perfect drawing to create remarkable results. Some people are more artistic than others, but we work with whatever you provide. The clearer the drawing the less time is spent afterwards with amendments, but a simple line drawing showing the basic layout along with the individual room dimensions, will give us plenty to go at.

Most agents want to show the main architectural features - ie location of doors, windows stairs etc, and subject to the package we can also add  detail such as sanitary ware and basic fixtures. See some examples below:-
